At Clouds, we believe in supporting non-profits and creating meaningful fundraising opportunities. Therefore, Clouds is launching a brand-new concept: the Community Fundraiser Café Series. Selected student organizations and nonprofits will have the opportunity to take over Clouds for a half-day fundraising event, selling tickets that include a handcrafted drink and a pastry, promoting their mission, and bringing their community together in a fun and engaging way. It’s not just a fundraiser — it’s a social gathering designed to connect members, supporters, and new faces in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

The day before, participating groups will come in to bake, create content, and prepare for the event. On the fundraising day, they’ll host their takeover alongside the Clouds team, learning how the café operates while turning coffee into meaningful support for their cause — and creating a memorable experience for everyone who attends.

A Truly Unique Fundraising Experience

What makes the Community Fundraiser Café Series truly unique is the behind-the-scenes experience. Participating organizers will step into the Clouds kitchen alongside our pastry team to bake and prepare selected bakery items that will be featured during their event. They’ll also have the opportunity to be behind the counter on fundraising day, learning how to craft drinks, operate in a fast-paced café environment, and experience firsthand how a hospitality business runs. It’s a rare chance to combine fundraising, team bonding, entrepreneurship, and hands-on learning — all in one unforgettable experience.

Fundraising Structure

Each organization will sell $10 fundraiser tickets to their community and friends.

Each ticket includes:
• One handcrafted drink from a selected menu
• One bakery/pastry item prepared for the event

The more tickets your group sells, the more your organization earns:

• Up to 30 tickets sold — 15%
• 31–49 tickets sold — 20%
• 50–69 tickets sold — 25%
• 70+ tickets sold — 30%
