Conference room

At Clouds we believe in unique & adaptable spaces for great meetings. Therefore, we created a comfortable and fully equipped conference room …100 feet above. The Clouds conference room does not only offer the best view in Ames but also business equipment needed for successful and productive meetings. The conference room can welcome up to 18 attendees and is modulable to accommodate larger round table discussions, or small group activities. The conference room has its own private and secured high speed wireless internet connection and the most advanced technology for sound and image. The Clouds conference room is ideal for work retreats, seminars, presentations, group projects and can be easily combined with coffee and food options freshly made a Clouds. Different packages are available per hour, half day, or all day.

Clouds conference room characteristics:

  • 450 Square feet

  • A large conference table equipped with outlets (modulable in 4 separate tables)

  • Ergonomic offices chairs

  • A full equipped business corner with printer, scanner, photocopier and office supplies

  • A secured high-speed wireless internet connection

  • A 70inch Smart UHD TV

  • A Bose sound touch wireless speaker

  • A comfortable and deluxe large corner sofa

  • Delicious coffee right outside the door

Conference room rental prices for up to 14 attendees:

  • per hour $75.00

  • half a day (4 hours) $150.00

  • all day (8 hours) $250.00

  • rental outside hours of operation $50.00 extra fee

  • rental for groups of 14+ attendees (maximum 18) $100.00 extra fee

Please note that all our events have a 20% service fee that will be added to your total.

Build your own meeting from the following menu:

  • Welcoming coffee to choose from the Clouds Menu (price varies)

  • Welcoming bakery platter with assortment of handcrafted croissants and scones $6.50/person

  • Breakfast platter with assortment of handcrafted mini quiches and egg frittata $6.50/person

  • Breakfast platter with assortment of handcrafted mini quiches, egg frittata, parfaits and fruit cups $9.50/person

  • Coffee break to choose from the Clouds Menu (price varies)

  • Drip coffee break with cream and sugar $4.50/person

  • Confectionery platter with assortment of handcrafted chocolates, tuiles and candied almonds $4.50/person

  • Pastries platter with assortment of mini panna cotta and mini tiramisu $5.50/person

  • Lunch from the Clouds Menu (price varies)

  • Dinner from the Clouds Special Menu (group of 12+) price varies
