Ratatouille @Clouds

Upon arriving at the Clouds doors, French Chef Gusteau's kitchen will take you on a journey to the sights and finest restaurants of Paris, France. After being welcomed with a platter of stuffed mushrooms, your evening will start with traditional Paris Salad. This french styled salad is typically made with romaine lettuce, fresh vegetables, thinly sliced cheese, and hardboiled eggs. Here at Clouds, we also serve the traditional Paris Salad with a side of a French accent. The menu will continue with the famous Ratatouille. First originating from Nice, this French dish quickly became popular and was even featured in the Disney Pixar film Ratatouille. It is our goal for the night to bring this handcrafted dish from the screen to real life. To finish the evening, you will be served a delicious Profiteroles. Born in France, Clouds will bring this tradition puff pastry to the present day with a unique Clouds twist of hot chocolate sauce.
