Our Fair Night in Sevilla Exclusive Dinner will take you to Sevilla’s most famous fair, La Feria. Celebrated for the first time in 1846, La Feria continues to blend Spain’s most influential and globally known cultural traditions: flamenco, tapas, wine, and paella. Come get a taste of La Feria’s ambiance and cuisine with our Exclusive Dinner featuring a mise-en-bouche of an array of Spanish tapas such as "pan con tomate" topped with jamón and queso manchego, and olives. After being welcomed by these tapas, the night will continue with "Ensalada Sevillana". This traditional Spanish salad combines romaine lettuce, tomato, raisins, citrus fruits, and Spanish spices to bring you to the streets of Sevilla. After experiencing the refreshing and light salad, the menu will move towards the main course. Our main course for the evening will be traditional Spanish Paella. Originating in Valencia, this dish quickly became a famous cuisine item of both Valencia and Spain. The word "Paella" translates to "frying pan" in English as the item is normally made in a frying pan over an open fire. While keeping the traditional frying pan recipe, Clouds will put our own unique spin on this menu item. Following the Paella will be an excelente Spanish Flan Casola. The history of the Flan is one that has traveled all over the world, starting in Rome and spreading to the regions of Spain. After Spain's conquered of Latin America, the dessert traveled to almost every country and is now used to celebrate Cinco De Mayo! Our vanilla flan with caramel sauce will surely explore the flavors of this well-traveled dessert through Latin America.
