About the Event
During this 4 weeks class, the Clouds chef will guide you through the Italian cuisine. Week after week you will learn the ingredients, recipes and cooking techniques developed across the Italian Peninsula. In a small group of maximum 8 participants you will learn how to perfectly prepare traditional Italian dishes such as caprese salad, gnocchis al'pesto, pizza quattro staggione, tiramisu and more...
Of course, after each class you will go home with a nice dinner box full of the fruit of your labor!
This 4-week class will meet on october 4, 11, 18, 25 from 6:30PM to 8:30PM
