About the Event

Nick Carraway, a young man from Minnesota, moves to Ames, Iowa in the summer of 1922 to learn about the bond business. He rents a house in Campustown, a wealthy but unfashionable area populated by the new rich students and farmers, a group who have made their fortunes too recently to have established social connections and who are prone to garish displays of wealth. Nick's next-door neighbor is a mysterious man named Yann Gatsby, who lives in a gigantic Gothic mansion called Clouds and located 100 feet above. Yann Gatsby throws extravagant parties every Saturday night at Clouds and would like you to dress with your most luxurious attire and join him for dinner on Saturday, April 17th to celebrate extravagance like in the 1920s...
