About the Event
Celebrate the longest day of the year with our Summer Solstice Garden Party Dinner at Clouds. Enjoy a relaxed evening with a seasonal four-course meal and sweeping views of ISU’s campus through our floor-to-ceiling windows. It’s a great way to mark the start of summer with good food and a great view.
Dinner starts with spinach artichoke toast on baguette slices, followed by a refreshing summer citrus salad. For the main course, we’ll serve BBQ brats with potatoes and caramelized onions The meal ends with s’mores cups—chocolate, marshmallow, and graham cracker layered in a jar.
This event is only accessible with online booking through our website.
Seats are limited. Early booking is strongly recommended. Window seating will be distributed based on booking date and table size.
