About the Event
The chocolatiering workshop will make you feel like a pastry chef. Tempering chocolate requieres a lot of patience and skills. You will learn how to temper chocolate and prepare your chocolate creations with the guidance of our talented chefs. During the workshop, you will also learn about the different pastry items that use tempered chocolate. Learn how to temper chocolate, make chocolate ganache and take some home!
