Join us at Clouds for a night of finely crafted cuisine. Each dish created with one ingredient no one can say no to: chocolate. Each dish will incorporate this delicious culinary item and will expand the flavors of ordinary dishes. Replace the espresso beans for the cocoa beans 100 feet above!

About the Event
Chocolate Immersion will walk each guest through a variety of flavors all accompanied by the sweet, delicate touch of chocolate. The menu will start with a classic bruschetta topped with tomato, basil, and cucumber. The Clouds Team will add fine shavings of chocolate to enhance this dish and incorporate chocolate in a unique way. After being welcomed by the bruschetta, the night will continue with a refreshing Summer Salad full of fresh apples, strawberries, and blueberries. Paired with the sweet fruit and arugula lettuce, the salad will be topped with granola and a chocolate balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Following this palette refresher, the menu will move into the main course of chocolate fettuccine noodles topped with our own handcrafted chocolate chile sauce. Finally, the chocolate experience will end with a chocolate pot de creme. Originating in France, these chocolate pots allow for the full experience of chocolate 100 feet above.
Chocolate has a long and storied history, from artistic to bourgeois imbibers, from chocolate as medicine to chocolate as an indulgence, and from bittersweet chocolate drinks to sweet chocolate drinks to bitter chocolate drinks again. Especially in Paris, chocolate became a status symbol and was consumed only by the aristocracy and upper echelons of society. Join us for a night of chocolate royalty and the cocoa bean.
