After hiding for years... Chef Bruno has arrived at Clouds and is now more ambitious than ever! You will want to talk about Chef Bruno’s cooking after he prepares his favorite Colombian cuisine for you... 100 feet above!  This family friendly 4-course dinner will begin with cornmeal arepas complimented with your choice of mild or spicy guacamole. Following the Arepa appetizer, Bruno will allow you to try his famous green salad. His not-so-secret salad recipe contains romaine lettuce topped with chickpeas, as well as fresh bell pepper and cherry tomatoes. Next up comes Bruno's favorite entree... Colombian rice served with chicken, peppers, carrots, green beans, peas, along with a signature flavor of saffron and bay leaves. Finally... Chef Bruno will prepare some fresh Bunuelos for you to enjoy along with his newest vision.
