About the Event
Set sail for an evening of sun-soaked flavors and coastal charm at our Mediterranean Cruise Dinner. As the sky glows with the colors of a seaside sunset, each course will whisk you away to a different port of call along the Mediterranean’s most beautiful shores.
Your voyage begins in Greece with Santorini Sunset Bruschetta — toasted baguette slices topped with feta, diced tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and a drizzle of olive oil. From there, we dock in France for a Provence Garden Salad, a crisp mix of greens with bacon, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, sunflower seeds, and a delicate white wine honey vinaigrette.
The journey continues to Italy’s Amalfi Coast with a comforting Risotto — creamy rice infused with lemon pepper chicken, fresh basil, and Parmigiano Reggiano. Finally, we sail into a sweet finish with our Citrus Trifle, layers of sponge cake, lemon-orange cream, and whipped cream crowned with candied citrus peel.
